What you'll get to do :
Intern will have an opportunity to participate directly in the accounting of real estate investments.
This intern will gain experience in -
- Assisting with preparation of SEC financial statements
- Preparing monthly accounting reconciliations
- Preparing and reviewing schedules supporting our monthly NAV filings
- Assisting with review of property level reports from our fund administrator
- Participating in and supporting periodic Tax and SOX meetings
- Assisting with preparation of schedules supporting our SEC filings
- Assisting with preparation of special reports and other ad hoc projects
