About the Company and the Accounts Payable Accountant Opportunity:
- CFS is partnering with a repeat client, a big name distributor, to hire a second Accounts Payable Accountant to join their growing accounting team!
- The Accounts Payable Accountant will work Monday-Friday, primarily 8:30am-5pm with some flexibility as needed. This person will work fully on site in Laurel, MD

- Salary: $60,000

Job Duties of the Accounts Payable Accountant:
- Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices (about 500 per week)
- Daily processing of parts bills and credits
- Process vendor bills
- Processing payments in NetSuite
- Perform credit processing
- Perform reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties as needed
Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Accountant:
- 2 years' high volume accounts payable and reconciliation experience
- Knowledge of 3 way matching, working with POs, and inventory a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills required. Knowledge of pivot tables and vlookup highly preferred!
- Experience using Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system highly preferred
- Knowledge of ZoneCapture software a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check!
