Job Description
- Review reports to verify the accuracy of amounts.
- Request W9 and banking information for all new vendors.
- Maintain vendor records and address any inquiries related to invoices and payments
- Prepare vendor invoices using information from reports.
- Generate accounts payable activity reports, including aged payables and payment status.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies or disputes, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Performing duties / reports / analyses as requested.
