Job Description
The Accounts Payable Manager Assistant will be responsible for opening and sorting mail daily, matching purchase orders with invoices and lien waivers, confirming approvals for vendors, entering all standard vouchers into the system, data entry of invoices, and overseeing Accounts Payable Clerks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with minimum 1 year AP experience - high-volume and full-cycle, construction experience is a plus, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
