- Daily cash application of lockbox and electronic payments, ensuring accurate batching and balancing in the accounting system.
- Taking orders and converting them into invoices.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Posting cash transactions with precision.
- Conducting account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Making daily collections calls and sending statements to clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel formulas and spreadsheets.
- Some experience in high-volume AR environments.
- Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and general financial policies and procedures.
