Overview of the Assistant Controller Role :

  • Oversee all billing, accounts payable, cost accounting, and General Ledger
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow analysis, and financial forecasts
  • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Coordinate annual audit
  • Support process improvement and automation efforts

    • Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Controller Position :

  • Bachelor's in finance or accounting
  • Minimum five years of prior experience in a senior-level accounting or finance role
  • Thorough understanding of internal controls
  • Great written and verbal communication skills

    • Location : This role is 100% onsite in Lakeville, IN

    Salary : $98,100 - $125,750 depending on experience
