Billing Coordinator

ABOUT THE COMANY :

  • Our client is a leading non-profit organization who has been around for over 100 years and they are looking to add a Billing Coordinator to the Accounting Team.
  • Extremely stable non-profit organization with over $100million in operating budget with over 50 programs
  • Our clients mission is focused on providing support to children, audits and families across communities within the Tri-State area.

RESPONSABILITES OF THE BILLING COORDINATOR :

  • Billing, collections and accounts receivable
  • Prepare Ageing Report
  • Assist with audit preparation
  • Submit weekly reports to the Finance Department
  • Ad hoc assignments / projects on need be basis

    • EXPERIENCE PREFERRED OF THE BILLING COORDINATOR

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Medicaid Billing experience is a plus!
  • Work in a fast paced environment working with high volume of data
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, essential
