What the Billing Coordinator will do…

  • The billing coordinator will manage a team of 4-5 direct reports, and be responsible for training them with the proper billing procedures of the firm
  • The billing coordinator will upload bills to various insurance carrier websites
  • Comfortable and capable learning and working with multiple online-based systems
  • The billing coordinator will track and apply payments
  • The billing coordinator will make determinations of appeals for any unpaid bills

    • What the Company Needs in a Billing Canager :

  • 1 years of LEDES billing experience is required
  • Law Firm experience required
  • Strong technical skills to work in multiple platforms and systems
  • Must have strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail

    • The salary for this position is $70,000 - $75,000, depending on experience. This is a hybrid role, with one day out of office per week.
