Our client is a reputable manufacturing company in the Dayton community seeking a Controller to oversee the US territory on their team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in having an active role as a key finance partner to business leaders and support local decision making with analysis and reporting. This role an on-site full time position with an annual salary range starting at $85,000.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Analysis :
Acts as a key finance partner in the country management team, supporting local decision-making
Manages accounting and operational reporting
Analyzes profitability across customers, projects, products, and agreements
Provides financial recommendations on transactions, costs, inventory, sales, taxes, and assets
Planning & Control :
Supports budget preparation and forecasting
Develops financial plans and internal control policies
Evaluates and implements cost reduction and efficiency programs
Monitors and improves equipment utilization
Oversight & Compliance :
Conducts local service location audits
Ensures company-wide awareness of financial, legal, and IT policies
Identifies process improvement opportunities
Reports to the Business Controller for CSER US & CA
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
4 years of progressive accounting experience; CPA would be a great plus but not a must
Manufacturing or Services industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite, Salesforce, Epicor
Advanced Excel user
Experience in Accounts Receivables is a plus
Good communication skills and can work with different levels in an organization
Self starter and analytical skills strongly desired
