Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Creative Financial Staffing, you will be responsible for managing the sales and relationship activities from our largest accounts and potential new accounts.
Key responsibilities include managing key accounts in all aspects, such as servicing customers, coordinating technical assistance/resources, and providing input to the business units on competition.
You will also monitor the progress on key projects and ensure that communication and subsequent actions are taking place between customers and relevant functional areas internally.
Additionally, you will manage sales territory and all assigned key and major accounts, set up and maintain customer files in CRM tools, and build relationships with top accounts at all levels and functions.
Your success in this role will depend on your strong knowledge of value selling, tangible and intangible product attributes, company services and support, and business unit continuous improvement activities.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a minimum AS degree in a technical field and 2 years of inside sales experience or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field with 8 years related experience in field/technical sales and/or training is preferred.
This position requires willingness to travel and adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
