We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our small high functioning team at SemiGen. As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and meeting customer satisfaction by effectively managing sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Develop plans to meet annual revenue targets with quarterly forecast details.
- Provide regular updates on business development initiatives against strategic objectives.
- Create value propositions and differentiate offerings through customer-centric proposals.
- Analyze market trends and develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with a focus on large and strategic deals.
- Contribute to new product strategy, positioning, and roadmap development.
- Brief and train sales teams during conferences and meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience in high-reliability OEM components with strong technical sales knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of microelectronic manufacturing services and/or semiconductor products and RF microwave technologies.
- Able to travel up to 25-35% of the time.
- Demonstrable skills using product management tools.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills, including proficiency in Office, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and HubSpot.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
