Billing & Finance Integration Coordinator We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Billing & Finance Integration Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full cycle of advisory fee billing, account terminations, and ensuring the seamless integration of financial systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate processes while continuously optimizing our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage the advisory fee billing process, ensuring accurate and timely fee calculations, processing of client refunds, and resolution of discrepancies.
Oversee the account termination process, handling escalations, resolving exceptions, and ensuring that service termination SLAs are consistently met.
Lead the finance integration process from start to finish, coordinating due diligence, onboarding, and collaboration between departments. Ensure all timelines are met and process improvements are driven.
Conduct billing test-runs and in-depth analysis for new advisory businesses to guarantee accurate fee setups and system configurations.
Generate and deliver comprehensive KPI reports related to billing governance and integration activities to management.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support team development by sharing knowledge on billing processes, finance integrations, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures, tracking and supporting remediation actions where needed.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all billing onboarding, terminations, and finance integration activities to support audits and compliance checks.
What We're Looking For :
Strong experience with billing processes, financial integrations, and an understanding of regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in financial systems, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with internal controls, audit processes, and compliance reporting is highly desirable.

Salary Range : $135k-$150k base depending on experience
