Accounting Leadership Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations: general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• Oversight of month-end and year-end closing processes for accuracy and timeliness
• Liaison with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Provide insightful financial analysis for business decision-making
• Mentor and lead a strong accounting team to foster continuous improvement
• Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Experience with ERP implementation
