The salary range for this position is $80-95k.
The Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and examine accounting records and financial statements.
- Generate accurate financial reports and maintain reports.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports on assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax, and other financial activities.
- Develop and maintain budgets while analyzing business operations, costs, and revenues.
- Perform cost basis calculations for properties.
- Maintain expense tracking for jobs.
- Perform AP and AR functions.
- Balance credit card and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare annual information for processing tax forms.
- Support and advise solutions for accounting-based business needs.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
