Business Performance Analysis Leader Job Summary
As a key member of our corporate FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and achieving our company's goals. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing and maintaining financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models, including spreadsheet development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- ~6 years of progressive finance/FP&A experience.
- ~ S. in Finance or Accounting.
- ~ Advanced Excel & business modeling skills required.
