As the Finance Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the business. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the monthly closes, including the preparation of accruals and prepaids, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Supervise payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all employees.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, providing clear insights into the company's financial health.
• Work on improving efficiencies across financial systems and processes to drive cost-effectiveness and operational improvements.
• Ensure all local and state financial reporting requirements are met, including the filing of necessary documents in a timely manner.
• Review and analyze financial statements to assess the financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies and business goals.
