JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Accounts Payable Specialist efficiently matches invoices with purchase orders, ensuring timely payments.
- Voucher and post invoices accurately and quickly, adhering to organizational standards.
- Verify entity, company, GL-coding, and that invoices match prior to posting.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and coordinate statement reviews, creating credits as needed.
- Provide support for GL coding and PO inquiries, when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 2 years' experience with Payables.
- Proficiency in working with computer software is essential.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel is preferred.
