Financial Performance Specialist

About the Role:

The Financial Performance Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team in the Region Americas. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

As a key business partner, you will work closely with the Global Product Management team to develop and implement financial performance metrics and KPIs. Your expertise in data analytics will help drive business decisions and optimize financial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of financial performance metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into product-level performance.
• Ensure data integrity in all reporting tools and systems.
• Provide training and support to colleagues on financial performance metrics and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or Business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in Oracle/SAP/M3 (or other major ERP package).
