At Creative Financial Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in preparing financial reports for 10-12 properties in various stages of development, including land investment, construction, and retail.
The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with auditors, tax consultants, lenders, and property managers. This includes reviewing and managing accounts payable, receivable, billings, and cash receipts, as well as performing bank and account reconciliations.
This Senior Financial Analyst will also provide financial data to auditors, tax consultants, lenders, and joint venture partners, assisting in the preparation of budgets, recoveries, 1099s, and sales tax. Additionally, they will process annual property tax bills and coordinate tax return preparation and distribution of K-1 to partners.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for those holding a CPA certification. Heavy Excel knowledge is required, as well as experience in financial reporting and commercial or residential/multi-family real estate. Yardi experience is a plus but not necessary.
