This company operates in over 100 locations across the country, making it one of the largest suppliers in its field. They're seeking a skilled professional to join their tax department as a Sales and Use Tax Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and use tax, preferably in public accounting, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
About the Role:
In this role, you'll oversee the preparation and filing of sales and use tax returns for multiple jurisdictions. You'll conduct tax research to ensure compliance with state and local tax laws, support tax audits, and develop strategies to resolve issues.
You'll also collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to streamline processes, provide guidance on tax matters relating to new product launches and business expansion, and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
