Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Tax Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. As a key member of our tax group, you will be responsible for computing tax provisions, determining accounting treatments, and reviewing uncertain tax positions. You will also participate in tax process optimization and develop procedural changes to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Compute tax provision for US GAAP and statutory accounting purposes
- Determine accounting treatment under ASC740 and document analysis
- Review, monitor, and report ASC 740 uncertain tax positions
- Participate in tax process optimization and develop procedural changes
- Prepare tax models and assist with other tax projects as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5 years of tax and accounting experience
- US GAAP, ASC740 knowledge
- OneSource tax provision software knowledge preferred
- CPA certification preferred, MST a plus
- Fluency in English (written and oral) essential
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
