Overview of the HR Generalist / Manager Role :
- Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork and training are completed
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
- Handle workers' compensation claims and related processes
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to interviewing and hiring
