Human Resources Compliance and Risk Manager

Full-Time | Onsite l Kern County

Our client, a well-established company in Kern County, is seeking a Human Resources Compliance and Risk Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compliance, labor laws, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure company policies align with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Oversee compliance audits and risk assessments
  • Handle employee relations matters, including workplace investigations
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on employment-related matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies to mitigate legal risks
  • Train managers and employees on compliance best practices

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
