We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Technician for a 6-month contract to provide hands-on technical support in hardware, networking, and general IT operations. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, performing basic network tasks, and assisting with user management.
Responsibilities of the IT Technician :
- Provide hardware support, including troubleshooting and maintaining label printers, hand scanners, and laptops.
- Perform basic network tasks such as running cables, adding CAT6 connectors, and connecting devices to switches.
- Assist with printer setup and support, ensuring proper network connections.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory, including adding / removing users.
