Junior Financial Analyst

Creative Financial Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to assist in the preparation of key financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

This role involves evaluating costs, revenues, and financial obligations to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with operations to review financial data, such as inventory, fixed assets, and expenses;
• Performing monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting;
• Assisting in preparing KPI reports for management and executive review.

A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least two years of relevant experience in an accounting role are necessary qualifications for this position.
