Manager of External Reporting & Technical Accounting

Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute the quarterly and annual SEC filing process.
Prepare external financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, and Stockholders' Equity.
Develop quarterly footnotes and financial statements.
Support the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and board presentations.
Research and resolve complex technical accounting issues.
Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
Assist in preparing materials for the audit committee and board of directors.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Background in public accounting or experience with large public companies preferred.
Expertise in auditing and / or preparing SEC filings (10-Qs and 10-Ks).
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-cultural business environment while fostering teamwork.
