We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll and Compensation Analyst to manage payroll processing and compensation-related tasks. In this role, you will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll, compliance with applicable regulations, and competitive compensation practices. Key Responsibilities :
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment
- Review and verify employee time records, leave balances, and adjustments
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, health insurance, and other compensation-related benefits
- Prepare and file payroll-related tax filings and reports
- Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Support the creation and distribution of compensation reports and documentation for audits
- Assist with employee inquiries regarding payroll and compensation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation strategies and policies
