Job Summary : The Expeditor / Procurement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for business operations. This role involves tracking purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that procurement processes align with project timelines and company requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with vendors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities :

• Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Follow up with suppliers and vendors to expedite delayed shipments and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including purchasing, logistics, and operations, to ensure procurement aligns with project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize supplier relationships and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Communicate any changes in delivery schedules or order status to relevant stakeholders.
