Location : Portland, Hybrid (50% in-office) Responsibilities :
- Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including billing, setup, cost tracking, and ongoing financial management, ensuring everything is accurate and timely.
- Lead and develop the Project Finance team, managing hiring, training, and fostering a strong team culture.
- Take charge of key financial processes, working closely with leadership to align financial goals with company objectives.
- Serve as a role model for the company's mission, vision, and values, advocating for the firm both internally and externally.
- Partner with the CFO to help meet departmental goals and support organizational growth.
