Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Finance Manager to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will support the Project Management department through oversight of operational financial activities and developing and implementing financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the Project Management department.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance project profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for management review.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial management roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex financial models and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to drive financial performance.
Preferred:
- MBA or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or CPA
