Overview of the Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and necessary qualifications for open positions
Maintain job postings and talent pipeline, following up with applicants and leadership about the pipeline status regularly
Attend job fairs and other staffing events to continuously attract a variety of diverse talent
Conduct phone screens, schedule and conduct interviews
Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and new hire orientation
Process onboarding paperwork and build offer letters
Preferred Qualifications for the Recruiting Specialist :
Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Two years of recruiting experience
Proficiency with ATS and major job boards
Highly effective communication and relationship-building skills
Understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations
Location : This role is 100% onsite in Osceola, IN Salary : $40,500 - $50,750 depending on experience
