Key Responsibilities:

- Couching and counseling employees with attendance or performance issues.
- Promoting redeployment and retention initiatives to help employees thrive within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based ATS technology.
