BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
Compensation : $115,800 to $130,800 per year
PTO : 20 days of Paid Time Off growing to 25 days after 5 years, plus 11 paid holidays
Retirement : 401(k) match up to 9%
Medical : Comprehensive health care, dental and vision plans with up to $1,500 (Family) or $1,000 (Single) annually towards a Health Savings Account

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SR. SCRUM MASTER
Guide one to three Scrum teams on implementing Agile / Scrum practices and values
Ensure teams are appropriately leveraging the Scrum framework
Establish systems to drive results and provide visibility into work delivery
Facilitate meetings to create a trusting environment focused on clear outcomes
Coach teams and individuals across multiple contexts and departments
Lead development and reporting of organizational level Agile metrics
Mentor other Agile practitioners and lead improvement of organizational Agile processes
Lead communication, training, and promotion of organizational Agile initiatives
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SR. SCRUM MASTER
Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM I), or similar advanced certification preferred
Minimum of six years of experience in a Scrum Master role
Minimum of two years of experience applying flow metrics, JIRA, and working within a product organization
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams
