Key Responsibilities

Your Role :

  • Tackle Business Challenges : Understand and address complex business needs with effective software solutions.
  • Lead Development Efforts : Guide the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Support and Enhance : Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including bug fixes, report creation, and data updates.

    • What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency with the C# / .NET tech stack
  • Experience developing and maintaining distributed systems
  • Familiarity with storage persistence technologies
  • Knowledge of cross-platform UI frameworks like React Native or Flutter
  • Comfort working with and improving legacy codebases
  • Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal is a plus

    • Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
