Key Responsibilities
Your Role :
Tackle Business Challenges : Understand and address complex business needs with effective software solutions.
Lead Development Efforts : Guide the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
Support and Enhance : Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including bug fixes, report creation, and data updates.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills :
Proficiency with the C# / .NET tech stack
Experience developing and maintaining distributed systems
Familiarity with storage persistence technologies
Knowledge of cross-platform UI frameworks like React Native or Flutter
Comfort working with and improving legacy codebases
Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal is a plus
Additional Qualifications :
Experience with full-stack application development in a collaborative setting
Strong grasp of modern software engineering practices and principles
Willingness to adapt and learn new programming languages and tools
Previous experience working with ERP / MRP systems in a manufacturing context
Familiarity with database management and development
A solid foundation in mathematics, with knowledge of structural or civil engineering being beneficial
Leadership experience, including mentoring junior engineers
