Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries for various accounting functions.
- Maintain and update fixed asset records, ensuring accurate depreciation calculations and proper classification.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation and management of accounts payables and accounts receivables processes.
- Support the preparation and processing of payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry OR New Grads with strong manufacturing industry internship experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
