Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and supplier relationships to secure the best terms and quality.
Optimize inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing waste and costs.
Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products.
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and sustainability initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software (ERP, SAP, or similar).
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry regulations and sustainability practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management).
