System and Network Administrator (on-site)

Expected Salary : $75,000-$85,000 annually

    • What will the System and Network Administrator do?

  • Manage and support hardware, software, and network systems (Windows, Mac, Azure, etc.)
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, firewalls, networking equipment, and VOIP systems
  • Oversee building access control, cameras, and surveillance systems
  • Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring access to ERP, WMS, accounting, and marketing systems
  • Act as a liaison with third-party IT consultants for complex issues
  • Provide support for office equipment, iPads, and mobile device management (MDM)

    • What the company needs in a System and Network Administrator candidate?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 years in IT administration, including experience with Azure, Windows Servers, and networking
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Sage 100 preferred) and building access systems
  • Experience with cybersecurity, MDM, and VOIP systems
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse IT tasks and work independently or as part of a team
