Key Responsibilities :
Process and submit factory warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer guidelines.
Follow up on aged warranty claims to ensure timely reimbursements.
Work closely with the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing departments.
Maintain warranty receivable schedules in accordance with company policies.
Address warranty claim rejections and discrepancies promptly to secure payments.
Understand and apply basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role, with dealership experience required.
Hands-on experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
