We’re currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department and play a key role in ensuring our warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process all warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies
- Submit claims to the manufacturer and track approvals, denials, and payments
- Review repair orders for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- File and maintain all warranty documentation and correspondence
- Provide support for audits and warranty parts returns
- Ensure timely payment and proper reconciliation of warranty receivables
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive warranty processing or administration (preferred)
- Working knowledge of dealership DMS systems (CDK experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines
