What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Associate position at Creative Food Group Concepts?
The Digital Marketing Associate will be involved with digital marketing and communications for Creative Food Group restaurants. This role will work closely with the entire team to deliver the essence of the brands for each of our restaurants. The Associate will design, execute and track compelling digital marketing and communication strategies across the individual brands.
The position is designed to allow the right individual to utilize their strengths to grow the position. Strong day-to-day management of all digital campaigns, initiatives, and tactics as well as creating strong relationships across the organization and industry is critical. The Associate will need to be able to demonstrate a collaborative mindset in delivering client service and must be a good communicator.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, posting, monitoring, and engaging all on social media platforms for all brands. Including but not limited:
- Tiktok
- Curate a unique social media presence across platforms that consistently represents the unique personality and character of each brand.
- Create videos and take photos to be used on social media platforms and newsletter.
- Plan and schedule content, boost posts, and follow best practices to engage audiences. Engage with and monitor social platforms on a daily basis.
- Tech-savvy and stay current with social media platforms. In the fast-changing world of social and digital media, it is imperative that both brands are utilizing the newest tools and strategies.
- Understand and execute best practices for digital advertising.
- Update websites on a weekly basis for news, menus, and other ad hoc updates as needed.
- Assist in creation of monthly newsletters.
- Write effective copy in many different styles (Social Media, Web, Media, and Email). Knowledge of writing for the web and for Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Have your finger on the pulse of new innovations in the marketing space including social media, email marketing, and other digital innovations in the food tech space.
- Ability to provide monthly reporting for the website, social, and email marketing. Provide metrics-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- BA/BS (concentration in Integrated Communications or Marketing preferred).
- 1-2 years of total relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Solid experience with social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTock).
- Demonstrable experience in Squarespace, Mailchimp, Later, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Google Adwords, marketing analytics or similar products.
- Experience taking photography, using a professional camera or phone.
- Extremely-organized, detail-oriented, proactive and flexible.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Eager to learn and grow in the position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
