As an ADS Team Member, you’ll be more than just a support worker—you’ll be a guide, a champion of independence, and a part of our individuals’ creative journeys. Whether you’re helping someone master a new skill, assisting with vibrant art projects, or ensuring the space runs smoothly, every day will be full of rewarding challenges and unexpected victories.

What You'll Do:

• Empower: Support individuals by providing services that bring their personalized plans to life. You’ll help them grow and achieve goals in a way that’s as unique as they are.

• Maintain Excellence: Keep the ADS space organized and ensure everything is up to health and safety standards so it’s a place where creativity and care can flourish.
• Stay Ahead: Stay up-to-date on regulations and best practices (like HIPAA), document services, and report any issues promptly to keep everything running smoothly.
• Drive: Help transport individuals to and from ADS—making sure the journey is safe, enjoyable, and in line with Creative Foundations’ policies.
• Engage: Be a welcoming presence for anyone who walks through the studio doors—whether it’s offering a helping hand or setting up someone’s adaptive equipment, your support will help them shine.
