As the Housing Administrative Assistant for Creative Housing Inc., you will play a vital role in providing safe and affordable housing for persons with disabilities and delivering exceptional customer service. The Housing Administrative Assistant is responsible for income verification, promoting housing stability efforts, and supporting various operational functions.
You will :
- Serve as first point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- In-person visitors, phone handling, mail / fax / check handling, key / other distribution
- Be responsible for obtaining and processing income verification of tenants living in Creative Housing homes and participating in the Private Market Rent Subsidy program
- Perform various administrative support functions
- Maintain residential data across platforms
- Maintain document retention initiatives while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of property, tenant and client records
- Provide support and reporting for company performance measurements, including callbacks & timeliness
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Cross‐train to support departmental coverage during absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
