Creative Land Care is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Perform Banking Deposits, post office runs, and various errands for documentation necessities.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents and information.
- AR/AP duties such as sending invoices and receiving payments.
- Provide administrative support by proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all office operations run smoothly.
- Utilize Quickbooks and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel) daily, experience is necessary
- Serve as customer resource when necessary
Requirements
- Experience in QuickBooks online and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is a REQUIREMENT.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of business operational systems and professional phone etiquette is essential.
- Ability to manage tasks from start to finish both as a team and as an individual to work towards a common goal.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
