The APM will work closely with our CEO and Project Executive. They will assist with organizing and helping to direct projects that they are assigned to. They will help with project preparation and execution to ensure that the company objectives of cost and quality are met, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements
- Stable work history, with 5 or more Years of Commercial Electrical Experience.
- You must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to be on our commercial insurance policy.
- Respectful Communication and a Team Player attitude is non-negotiable.
- You must be able to pass a background and drug test before starting working.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a positive work attitude and agreeable/friendly demeanor.
- Consistent and respectful, productive, and beneficial communication with our team, our clients, our subcontractors and our GC's, while building and maintaining rapport with all interactions and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to complete project documentation on company portals, using software such as daily reports, material requests, out-of-scope work change orders, and safety and incident reports.
- Strong NEC and Florida Building codes knowledge.
- Technologically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Ability to help manage multiple projects simultaneously, understanding projects status compared to expected timeline. Helping PM with Planning, organizing, and directing production of contracted scope of work.
- The ability to understand and facilitate Change Orders from Request through Estimate, Approval, Completion, and Invoicing.
- Working with the Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Agent, to monitor material orders, company tools, and equipment.
- Work with Field Superintendent and Foreman so they can execute work plan with field staff. Inspect and ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.
- Ensure all company policies are promoted in the field and safety protocol is followed.
- Act as a CLP liaison in all dealings as a representative of the company.
