We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO & Founder of a Lakeland based Contracting Company. Please do not apply if you don't have experience in, and a good working knowledge of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a flexible demeanor, and strong critical thinking skills to help facilitate smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively with little supervision. Someone with maturity and with previous Assistant experience is a must. This team member will be required to lead others in a construction/contracting environment as the representative of the CEO & Founder of the company, so the ability to lead with both tact and strength is a must. Tasks will vary from day to day, and will involve tasks both in and out of the office. The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely organized, with the ability to work well alongside and offer structure to the visionary of the company.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Managing email and phone correspondence as necessary, with a friendly and calm demeanor.
- Critical Thinking, Prioritizing Tasks, and Following through on the outcome of tasks assigned.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO as necessary.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
- Proven experience in an Assistant role is a must. Construction background strongly preferred.
- Strong skill with office equipment, technology, web platforms and apps is a must.
- Flexibility, to adapt to the changing needs of the CEO & Founder.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Someone with a calm demeanor who functions well bringing structure and balance into the environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
