- Supporting clients in meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals.

- Assisting with mobility needs, including lifting clients when necessary.
- Engaging clients in recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
- Collaborating with nursing home staff or group home teams to deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Providing specialized care for individuals with conditions such as dementia, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following experience or skills:
- Previous experience in senior care or caregiving roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with patient observation techniques and documentation practices.
- Experience working in a nursing home or group home setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform light cleaning tasks as part of maintaining a supportive living environment.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs of individuals with cognitive impairments.
