Groundskeeper

We are searching for a groundskeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Mowing and maintaining common areas and yards
• Picking up trash and debris
• Shoveling snow and salting roads
• Trimming branches
• Occasionally going on errand runs for materials
• Occasionally traveling to other properties throughout Knoxville to mow
• Other responsibilities as assigned

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Commercial grade mowers , weed whackers, and other landscaping equipment
• Troubleshooting inoperable landscaping equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
