Position Overview
This is a labor intensive position as you are pulling parts from Sheet Metal after it is cut on the laser. We work with heavy and light metals so it will vary upon the day and anything super heavy will utilize team lift. You must be able to stand on your feet, move around, stack items on pallets, and count correctly. Our parts puller touch over 50% of the products that go through the plant and is an essential part of our process. This position sometimes also works in our weld finishing department where you use hand sanders/grinders to prep metal parts for paint. This position has room to grow and is a great way to get your foot in the door.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to follow instructions (with training)
- Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately in an environment with changing/fluctuating priorities.
- Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative to follow projects and jobs through the production process.
- Engaging personality capable of generating and growing meaningful relationships with coworkers.
Preferred Experience
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1 years' experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable but not required, we will train.
- Ability and experience meeting deadlines

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
