Responsibilities:
- Operate auto feed saw to cut metal materials to specific lengths and sizes.
- Label and organize cut materials for downstream processes or shipment.
- Adjust roller machine settings, such as pressure and angle, based on the material thickness and desired end product.
- Set up and operate sheet metal rollers to form, curve, or bend materials into the required shapes and sizes, following blueprints or job orders.
- Conduct regular inspections of rolled parts to confirm that they meet the specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to determine the required dimensions, angles, and tolerances for each project.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to check cut and rolled materials against specified dimensions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to follow technical instructions and interpreting technical terms
- Ability and experience meeting deadlines
- Ability to work at a reasonable pace with goals but not an assembly line environment
- Must be very detail oriented and thorough with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to maintain the tools used to create products
- Ability to install hardware and/or gaskets into components and enclosures
- Engaging personality capable of generating and growing meaningful relationships with coworkers.
- Perform basic counting tasks
- Perform placement, measurement and cutting of structural and tube parts
- Check and review check lists, work orders, and schedules
Preferred Experience
- 1 years' experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable but not required.
- Experience reading blueprints
- Previous experience with basic hand tools

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
